1. Shipping Information - Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The available shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process. b. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs will be calculated based on the selected shipping method, the destination, and the weight or dimensions of the product(s) being shipped. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. c. Shipping Timeframes: The estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances. We will make our best efforts to provide accurate delivery estimates. Note that once placing an order on Elonamarket.com packages left at customer door steps Elona market is not responsible for stole boxes. Please arrange delivery times for you packages.

2. Order Processing - Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and a confirmation number. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Order processing time may vary and is typically within 4 days business days from the date of order placement. Please note that order processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Ordering Frozen, Chocolate Products, and Deli items- All orders frozen or deli items they are expedited shipped. They are pack in insulated dry ice box. Please be aware when placing the order you must be presented when delivery arrives due to temperature outside your home. They come with dry ice packs please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. All frozen and deli products ship on Monday’s if it does not fall on holiday. There is a separate charge for shipping on frozen and deli items. On chocolate and candies you have the option of choosing the insulated ice packing which is an up charge “Elona Market “ is not responsible for chocolate, and candies melting in hot summer months. “You” the customer is responsible for choosing the correct shipping option. We recommend during the hot summer months that you choose next day air. 
   
   
4. Once placing an order please be aware that if you decide to cancel an order there could be 10% restocking fee.
