Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances. We will make our best efforts to provide accurate delivery estimates.

2. Order Processing - Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and a confirmation number. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Order processing time may vary and is typically within 4 days business days from the date of order placement. Please note that order processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Ordering Frozen, Chocolate Products, and Deli items- All orders frozen or deli items they are expedited shipped. They are pack in insulated dry ice box. Please be aware when placing the order you must be presented when delivery arrives due to temperature outside your home. They come with dry ice packs please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. All frozen and deli products ship on Monday’s if it does not fall on holiday. There is a separate charge for shipping on frozen and deli items. 
   
   
4. Once placing an order please be aware that if you decide to cancel an order there could be 10% restocking fee.
