Ordering Frozen, Chocolate Products, and Deli items- All orders frozen or deli items they are expedited shipped. They are packed with dry ice packs. Please be aware when placing the order you must be presented when delivery arrives due to temperature outside your home. They come with dry ice packs please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. All frozen and deli products ship on Monday’s if it does not fall on holiday. On chocolate and candies you have the option of choosing the insulated ice packing which is an up charge.
